Rather than going for the regular model of three big meals every day, usually breakfast, lunch and dinner, you will be better off if you keep your metabolism active by only eating small meals five times per day.

Having a little snack here and there between the meals can be a good way for you to keep your energy up while you are on a Paleo plan. These plans for dieting are very popular among people that want to bulk up muscle, since most of these diets call for a lot of proteins from raw vegetables, meats and other products that have not been processed by a modern food company.
